A completed beach-window scene designed around the owners' personal story.
UAF conceived, designed, printed, and installed this coastal-window scene on site at Krust Cafe in Freehold, New Jersey. Three trompe-l'oeil windows bring the beach indoors through weathered white frames, a pale sky, shoreline details, a boat, and a Suburban.
The owners provided references to their children and in-laws, their Suburban, and their boat. UAF incorporated those details into the finished installation to give the scene a personal connection to the family.
